Position available in: - Central Phoenix High Needs Case Manager: JFCS is seeking compassionate professionals to work with children receiving behavioral-health services as they progress on the path to a more self-sufficient lifestyle and potential family reunification. The High Needs Case Manager also provides guidance and ongoing support to the families/caregivers of the youth receiving services.

Program Director - Shelter Without Walls: The Program Director is responsible for managing all daily program operations, including hiring, training, and supervision of the Domestic Violence Advocates, Domestic Violence Therapist, volunteers, and interns. The Director represents Shelter Without Walls and JFCS in the community and has primary responsibility for building and enhancing community partnerships and collaborations, participating in appropriate coalitions and work groups.

- Central Phoenix Location High Needs Case Manager: JFCS is seeking compassionate professionals to work with children receiving behavioral-health services as they progress on the path to a more self-sufficient lifestyle and potential family reunification. The High Needs Case Manager also provides guidance and ongoing support to the families/caregivers of the youth receiving services.

- Phoenix Healthcare Clinic Client Representative (Medical Receptionist): The Client Representative will act as the front-desk agent for the clinic, providing clerical and intake support necessary for the effective provision of services to clients.

** Phoenix Location**   Adult SMI Case Manager: The Adult Case Manager (ACM) provides ongoing case management services to members designated as Seriously Mentally Ill (SMI) who are receiving ongoing behavioral healthcare.

** Glendale Office **   The High Needs Case Manager II acts as a peer mentor for newly hired staff, which includes allowing new staff to shadow their appointments, and will be available for questions if management is not available.  This position also provides High Needs Case Management services to assigned clients, with a caseload that follows AHCCCS guidelines.  The HNCM II will follow timelines for weekly contact, home/community visits, attending medication checks, and other required duties.
