Job Summary: The West Valley Healthcare Center in Phoenix is currently seeking a capable and experienced Clinical Manager for our Children's behavioral health program. The Clinical Manager will provide clinical oversight and supervision for direct services and case-management services, including intake and assessment to clients and families.

Adult SMI Case Manager: The Adult Case Manager (ACM) provides ongoing case management services to members designated as Seriously Mentally Ill (SMI) who are receiving ongoing behavioral healthcare.
**East Valley Location**
Operations Coordinator: this role manages assigned front-desk operations staff, including but not limited to hiring, scheduling, monitoring workload, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing disciplinary action.
Assistant Director of Adult SMI Case Management: this role provides ongoing administrative oversight and clinical supervision to foster a solution and strengths-based orientation to assist case management staff in effectively addressing the client and family’s ongoing service needs. Demonstrates a positive strengths-based attitude of teamwork and shared leadership.
Adult SMI Case Manager: The Adult Case Manager provides ongoing case management services to members designated as Seriously Mentally Ill (SMI) who are receiving ongoing behavioral and integrated healthcare.
Director of Jewish Counseling Services:
The Director oversees the operations of the Jewish Counseling Program, including budgeting, client services, and the management of reduced fee services for qualified Jewish applicants. This role also conducts comprehensive behavioral health intakes and diagnostic assessments, conducts treatment planning, and provides a range of qualified & recognized behavioral health treatment services as necessary to meet client’s needs.
The front desk Client Representative will provide clerical and intake support necessary for the effective provision of services to clients. The CR maintains an approved work schedule. Exceptional attendance is mandatory in this position as continuous front desk and phone coverage is critical to daily operations.

Treatment Coordinator: The Treatment Coordinator provides ongoing care coordination services to assist in addressing the client and family’s ongoing service needs, including both primary care and mental/behavioral health. This position assists clients and families in obtaining community support, identifying resources, and resolving barriers.
