Program Assistant - Center for Senior Enrichment:
While acting as the onsite representative for JFCS at The Palazzo, the Program Assistant will assume a variety of tasks needed to support events at the Center of Senior Enrichment.
** East Valley Location **

Under the direction of the Case Management Clinical Manager, provide ongoing case management services to clients, families and/or children with intense needs. Perform out-of-office case management services and administrative tasks in accordance with agency procedures and the Arizona Principles for working with children and families and adult clinical teams. Performs duties out in the community and expected to provide transportation, when necessary, to children/youth/clients and coordinate transportation services, as appropriate.
** West Phoenix Location **
Provide ongoing case management services to clients and families that are receiving psychiatric services. Perform case management services; facilitate Child and Family Team process for children and administrative tasks in accordance with agency procedures.
** Glendale Location **

The Child Case Manager provides ongoing case management services to clients and families. This person performs out-of-office case management services and administrative tasks in accordance with agency procedures and the Arizona Principles for working with families and adult clinical teams. The Case Manager will also perform duties in the community and is expected to provide transportation, when necessary, to clients and coordinate transportation services.
** Position will travel to all Scottsdale Unified School District Schools **
Under the supervision of the Director, Prevention and in conformance with acceptable social work practice and the agency's program definition and policies, the Prevention Specialist will work independently on specific assignments, including providing community outreach, screening and facilitation of groups and workshops/presentations to youth and adult populations. Provide knowledge of agency and community resources to be used on behalf of the various populations being served and will involve travel to designated schools, community sites and JFCS sites.
Under the supervision of the Director, Shelter Without Walls and in conformance with acceptable social work practice and the agency’s program definition and policies, the Domestic Violence Advocate provides guidance, domestic violence education, safety planning, advocacy, case management, supportive counseling, phone consultation and resource linkage and referral to victims and survivors of domestic violence.
The Domestic Violence Advocate also represents JFCS and Shelter Without Walls to the community and helps build and maintain a partnership with community agencies.

Provide clinical oversight, direct therapy and case management services including intake and assessment to clients and families. CFT and MFT facilitation, discharge planning and coordination with other agencies. Perform administrative tasks in accordance with agency procedures.
