**West Valley Location**
The Child Case Manager provides ongoing case management services to clients and families. This person performs out-of-office case management services and administrative tasks in accordance with agency procedures and the Arizona Principles for working with families and adult clinical teams. The Case Manager will also perform duties in the community and is expected to provide transportation, when necessary, to clients and coordinate transportation services.

** Position splits time between JFCS office on 59th Ave & Bell Road as well as DCS office in Glendale **
Provide co-located clinical services such as direct therapy and case management services including intake and assessment to
clients and families. Attend service planning meetings and represent JFCS. Perform administrative tasks in accordance with agency procedures at selected Child Safety and Family Services Offices.

Will work closely with DCS staff and other service providers to schedule and carry out supervised visits. The Visitation Specialist will supervise visitation between children and their parents and provide transportation to and from visits.
