Critical Tasks
- Inspects facility and equipment for hazards to determine functional systems, detect malfunctions, needed repair, and seeks remedies.
- Performs minor electrical maintenance, including, but not limited to, replacement or repair of HVAC and fixtures (e.g. wall switches and outlets, incandescent and fluorescent bulbs/tubes, ballast, sockets, fuses, appliances, cords, etc.), using appropriate hand, power, and specialty tools.
- Performs minor plumbing maintenance (e.g. replacement or repair of leaks in drains and faucets, unclogging of drains, trenching and laying new lines, replacing drain hoses on washers and similar devices).
- Performs painting, carpentry, and masonry work (e.g. preparing surfaces and using brush, sprayer, or roller to apply paints, stains, and varnishes, hanging doors, fitting locks and handles, etc.) using appropriate hand, power, and specialty tools.
- Reconfigures, installs, positions, and remounts modular offices and space (e.g. furniture, wall panels, work surfaces, storage bins, lighting, file cabinets, etc.) to accommodate user needs and maximize office space using various hand, power, and specialty tools, dollies, and hand trucks.
- Prepares the surfaces and paints various structures and equipment (e.g. walls, refrigerators, evaporative coolers, floors, roofs, doors, restroom facilities, etc.) to preserve wood and metal parts from corrosion and maintain a safe, comfortable working environment using various painting equipment and related tools (e.g. sprayers, rollers, brushes, thinners, etc.).
- Paints and maintains playground equipment, and performs preventative maintenance tasks in a timely and thorough manner on all campuses; helps with event set-up and pick-up.
- With supervisor approval, orders parts, picks up materials from vendors to perform work as assigned, drives agency or personal vehicle, including large vehicle/truck.

- Maintains effective communication with direct supervisor as well as with the other departments.
- Ensures all doors are locked, water faucets are shut off, and common areas have no spills or hazards present, including, but not limited to, broken chairs/windows.
- Work orders are completed with accuracy and thoroughness, and monitors own work.
Person will primarily be responsible for providing support on behavioral health IT system issues. This will include troubleshooting computer problems. Problems may include: SQL Server, Nextgen, MS office products, printing, telephone, and network issues. Answering questions via telephone, email or helpdesk software. Resolve issues regarding hardware performance, software installation, printing, email, and network related issues.
This person may also assist with staff training. Various special project support and development opportunities within supported systems may also be available.

Clinical Manager (Clinical Supervisor) - Children & Adolescent's Program:
JFCS's Michael R. Zent Healthcare Center in Phoenix is currently seeking a capable and experienced Clinical Supervisor for our Children's behavioral-health program. The Clinical Manager will provide clinical oversight and supervision for direct services and case-management services, including intake and assessment, provided to youth clients and their families.
*West Valley Location*
Under the supervision of the Clinical Manager, the Behavior Coach carries out a behavior plan identified through functional behavioral assessments/clinician assessments. The position provides skill training for both the child and parents/caregivers participating in JFCS services. Implements behavior intervention plans focused on increasing/reinforcing positive behaviors and decreasing disruptive/challenging behaviors that are preventing the child from experiencing success in school, home or the community. Works collaboratively with the treatment team members, child, family, school, child welfare, and other involved parties. Consistently documents behavior and provides continuous updates to the treatment team.

The Client Representative will provide clerical and intake support necessary for the effective provision of services to clients. The CR maintains an approved work schedule. Exceptional attendance is mandatory in this position as continuous front desk and phone coverage is critical to daily operations.

The Child Case Manager provides ongoing case management services to clients and families. This person performs out-of-office case management services and administrative tasks in accordance with agency procedures and the Arizona Principles for working with families and adult clinical teams. The Case Manager will also perform duties in the community and is expected to provide transportation, when necessary, to clients and coordinate transportation services.
** West Phoenix Location **
Provide ongoing case management services to clients, families and/or children with intense needs. Perform out-of-office case management services and administrative tasks in accordance with agency procedures and the Arizona Principles for working with children and families and adult clinical teams. Performs duties out in the community and expected to provide transportation, when necessary, to children/youth/clients and coordinate transportation services, as appropriate.
** East Valley Location **
Under the direction of the Case Management Clinical Manager, provide ongoing case management services to clients, families and/or children with intense needs. Perform out-of-office case management services and administrative tasks in accordance with agency procedures and the Arizona Principles for working with children and families and adult clinical teams. Performs duties out in the community and expected to provide transportation, when necessary, to children/youth/clients and coordinate transportation services, as appropriate.
