Provide clinical oversight, direct therapy and case management services including intake and assessment to clients and families. CFT and MFT facilitation, discharge planning and coordination with other agencies. Perform administrative tasks in accordance with agency procedures.
This child Clinician will provide outpatient assessment, treatment planning, intervention services to meet the behavior health needs of children and families. This Child Clinician also coordinates care with other entities such as CPS, DDD, JPO, school and PCP and facilitates access to additional agency and community resources.

Under the supervision of the Clinical Manager, the Integrated Health Intervention Specialist carries out a behavior plan identified through functional behavioral assessments/clinician assessments. The position provides skill training for both the child and parents/caregivers participating in JFCS services. Implements behavior intervention plans focused on increasing/reinforcing positive behaviors and decreasing disruptive/challenging behaviors that are preventing the child from experiencing success in school, home or the community. Works collaboratively with the treatment team members, child, family, school, child welfare, and other involved parties. Consistently documents behavior and provides continuous updates to the treatment team.

The Child Case Manager provides ongoing case management services to clients and families. This person performs out-of-office case management services and administrative tasks in accordance with agency procedures and the Arizona Principles for working with families and adult clinical teams. The Case Manager will also perform duties in the community and is expected to provide transportation, when necessary, to clients and coordinate transportation services.
**Split-Site Position providing services at both our Glendale and Central Phoenix Clinics.**

Psychiatrist - Child & Adolescent (Glendale/Central Phoenix, Split-Site):
Responsible for providing care to Child & Adolescent patients via direct services and by providing clinical leadership and consultation to the multi-disciplinary treatment team. The Psychiatrist will participate in determining the clinical program and any services needed.

Clinical Manager - Children & Adolescent's Program:
Our West Valley Behavioral Health Center is currently seeking a capable and experienced Clinical Supervisor for our Children's behavioral-health program. The Clinical Manager will provide clinical oversight and supervision for direct services and case-management services, including intake and assessment, provided to youth clients and their families.
**EAST VALLEY**
Under the direction of the Case Management Clinical Manager, provide ongoing case management services to clients, families and/or children with intense needs. Clinical Manager (Clinical Supervisor) - Adult Services: JFCS is currently seeking an experienced Clinical Manager for the Adult Integrated Health program. The Clinical Manager will provide clinical oversight and supervision for direct services, including intake & assessment, being provided to adult members and their families.
The Visitation Specialist provides supervised visitation to families involved with the Department of Child Safety (DCS). Will work closely with DCS staff and other service providers to schedule and carry out supervised visits. The Visitation Specialist will supervise visitation between children and their parents and provide transportation to and from visits.
