*Part-Time Position*     The Program Support Specialist will provide a variety of tasks that are needed to support the Job Development Program Staff with meeting program needs and with assisting the youth in meeting individual goals.   These tasks include, but are not limited to, conducting career, academic and living skills assessments, organizing and maintaining files, chart maintenance, data entry and tracking, assisting Youth Development Coordinators with work readiness and living skills workshops, JFCS CARES shop general operations & process, developing and securing internship sites, maintenance of paid internship paperwork, assisting youth in securing needed documentation, benefits and services.   The Program Support Specialist will also represent JFCS in the absence of the Education Coordinator or Youth Development Coordinator, in CFT’s, client meetings, IEP’s, Vocational Rehabilitation meetings, etc. as necessary to coordinate care.         

        **Gilbert Location**   As a Child Clinical Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to be part of a multidisciplinary team in an integrated health care setting serving children and families.The Clinical Manager is a core member of a collaborative management team and will provide clinical oversight and supervision to staff providing  direct service including intake, assessment, therapy, case management and discharge planning for clients and families.  The Clinical Manager will coordinate with other agencies involved in client care in addition to performing administrative tasks in accordance with agency procedures.

The Director of Compliance is accountable to lead and administer the organization’s Quality Management Program consistent with the organization’s mission and goals, the organization’s Strategic Plan, state licensure rules, accreditation standards and best practices.  This position oversees the Corporate Compliance Program, ensures management and employees are in compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies, that company policies and procedures are being followed and that behavior in the organization meets the company’s standards.

Our consultants work with these families to promote positive parenting ideas and techniques.

** Phoenix Location **   Under the direction of the Case Management Clinical Manager, provide ongoing case management services to clients, families and/or children with intense needs.  Perform out-of-office case management services and administrative tasks in accordance with agency procedures and the Arizona Principles for working with children and families and adult clinical teams.  Performs duties out in the community and expected to provide transportation, when necessary, to children/youth/clients and coordinate transportation services, as appropriate.   Compensation Range:  $15.50 - $18.00 / Hour dependening on highest completed education and years of experience.
