*Part-Time Position*     The Program Support Specialist will provide a variety of tasks that are needed to support the Job Development Program Staff with meeting program needs and with assisting the youth in meeting individual goals.   These tasks include, but are not limited to, conducting career, academic and living skills assessments, organizing and maintaining files, chart maintenance, data entry and tracking, assisting Youth Development Coordinators with work readiness and living skills workshops, JFCS CARES shop general operations & process, developing and securing internship sites, maintenance of paid internship paperwork, assisting youth in securing needed documentation, benefits and services.   The Program Support Specialist will also represent JFCS in the absence of the Education Coordinator or Youth Development Coordinator, in CFT’s, client meetings, IEP’s, Vocational Rehabilitation meetings, etc. as necessary to coordinate care.
