JFCS places a high value on inclusion and diversity, whether that applies to our employees or the nearly 40,000 clients receiving our services throughout the Valley.   Family Support Partner: The Family Support Partner (FSP) builds partnerships with the parents of children receiving behavioral health services, as well as collaborating professionals, while promoting a non-judgmental and respectful attitude with all families.   The Family Support Partner (FSP) provides in-home training and family support that involves face-to-face interactions with family member(s) that is directed toward restoration, enhancement, and the maintenance of family functioning. This will ideally increase the family’s ability to effectively interact and care for each other in the home and community.

Critical Tasks   - Open/Close building at the designated time and have front desk activities fully operational at the start of business. Secure building according to agency protocols to include arming and disarming alarm and checking all areas prior to closing. - Verifies insurance and services covered under Medicaid/Medicare or private insurance and obtains authorization - Pull and review all incoming faxes – Process or distribute to appropriate staff or departments - Distribute and sort all incoming mail, supplies and currier bag content - Gathers information over the phone or in-person to determine demographic information - Determines availability of providers - Verifies Intake Information with client or guardian - Schedules client appointments for BHMP and Primary Care - Coordinate all aspects of scheduling for Cabs and Translation when requested - Scans and imports all related case material in a timely manner and according to agency procedures. - Updates computer client file with changes in address, phone number, fee, or any other pertinent information. - Process medical records request to include review, approval, and uploading into CIOX per company policies - Help stock and maintain food pantry for clients in need - Process balance and maintain all gas cards and bus passes for distribution to clients - Add and expire Alerts placed in clients charts - Monitors services provided to clients through the computer and inputs appointment data into the computer for appointment scheduling - Answers and coordinates all incoming calls to ensure that calls and clients are taken care of in an effective manner - Ensuring OTTO platform has accurate information for processing virtual appointments - Add Doc Only note to document all contact with guardian, staff, referral sources and outside agencies, which includes scheduling rescheduling or verifying client appointments and informing appropriate persons. - Balance cash by creating daily batch for processing – Review, Sign off and create nightly deposit - Works reports and projects as assigned by the Operations Coordinator and or Operations Manager. - Performs other duties as assigned.

** West Valley Location **     The Client Representative will provide clerical and intake support necessary for the effective provision of services to clients. The CR maintains an approved work schedule. Exceptional attendance is mandatory in this position as continuous front desk and phone coverage is critical to daily operations.
