The High Needs Case Manager will also provide guidance and ongoing support to the families/caregivers of the youth receiving services.

This position assists clients and families in obtaining community support, identifying resources, and resolving barriers.

Service area is within Maricopa County and parts of Pinal County (Apache Junction and San Tan). Services are provided to children and families who need short-term crisis intervention and stabilization services to remain in the community. There is a mix of virtual and in-person service delivery methods.
