Domestic Violence Advocate (Bilingual): The Domestic Violence Advocate provides guidance, domestic violence education, safety planning, advocacy, case management, supportive counseling, phone consultation, resource linkage, and referral to victims & survivors of domestic violence.
The Domestic Violence Advocate also represents JFCS and Shelter Without Walls in the community and helps build & maintain partnerships with community agencies.

Under the direct supervision of the CSRC Team Lead, an Intake Specialist receives calls from persons seeking behavioral health services, verifies eligibility for the services, and schedules initial intake appointments.

The High Needs Case Manager (HNCM) provides ongoing case management services to clients, families and/or children with intense needs. The primary client base will be chldren in this role. The HNCM performs out-of-office case management services and administrative tasks in accordance with agency procedures and the Arizona Principles for working with children and families and adult clinical teams. Performs duties out in the community and expected to provide transportation, when necessary, to children/youth/clients and coordinate transportation services, as appropriate.
