**Mesa Location**   DCS Intake Specialist: This position processes referral paperwork for new DCS clients efficiently and in accordance with protocols and care guidelines set forth by JFCS.  The DCS Intake Specialist maintains optimal quality standards for all processes, ensures compliance to productivity schedule, and maintains all patient data in systems.  

- West Valley Behavioral Health Center Treatment Coordinator: The Treatment Coordinator provides ongoing care-coordination services to assist in addressing the client and family’s ongoing service needs, including both primary care and behavioral health. This position assists clients and families in obtaining community support, identifying resources, and resolving barriers.  

** Glendale Location **    High Needs Case Manager: JFCS is seeking compassionate professionals to work with children receiving behavioral-health services as they progress on the path to a more self-sufficient lifestyle and potential family reunification. The High Needs Case Manager also provides guidance and ongoing support to the families/caregivers of the youth receiving services.

Patient Enrollment Specialist: The Patient Enrollment Specialist identifies eligibility and assists patients in enrolling in all funding programs for which they are eligible. Ensures that patients are assigned to the correct funding sources based on income and insurance eligibility.

** Phoenix Location **   High Needs Case Manager: JFCS is seeking compassionate professionals to work with children receiving behavioral-health services as they progress on the path to a more self-sufficient lifestyle and potential family reunification. The High Needs Case Manager also provides guidance and ongoing support to the families/caregivers of the youth receiving services.

The Claims Specialist processes claims and billing statements for the agency, provides all necessary follow-up on outstanding claims and statements, posts all third-party payments and client payments from statements, posts all claim denials and researches and follows-up to resolve denied claims, researches and follows-up on client questions regarding statements, updates the billing system with changes to insurance information and notes regarding progress on researching and resolving denied claims, and provides all necessary financial reports for the Accounting Department.
