The CCHT Clinical Manager will report directly to the Co-Director/Director, the Clinical Manager position will train new staff and serve as point person for procedural questions pertaining to a specific program in Behavioral Health.  Duties include, but are not limited to, trouble shooting NextGen and helping clinical staff navigate the system,  addressing questions about Single Case Agreements, Additional Services Requests, High Needs Case Managers, Flex funds requests etc.  The Clinical Manager will work closely with his/her direct supervisor to help the team maintain clinical best practices and integrity, while providing services to clients in a timely manner.  Administrative duties of this position include unlocking visits in NextGen.  The Clinical Manager will continue to function in their role as therapist and will maintain a case load to provide individual, family, or group therapy as clinically indicated.

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments and the design and implementation of individualized behavior support plans for individuals receiving services at JFCS. The BCBA will utilize the principles of applied behavior analysis to guide intervention strategies and will provide training to staff and team to ensure effective implementation. The BCBA will utilize data collection systems to monitor client progress and determine intervention effectiveness. Work assignments require significant amounts of interaction with clients including children, parents, teachers and other caretakers. Responsible for interventions which respond to the behavioral health needs of clients which may involve serious behavior problems, developmental issues, autism and trauma as the result of abuse or neglect. The BCBA reports to the Clinical Manager responsible for the Direct Support Teams.
