Clinical Coordinator - Adult SMI Services: The Clinical Coordinator will train new case-management staff and serve as point person for procedural questions pertaining to the Adult SMI Program working out of our West Valley Behavioral Health Center.

Family Consultant (Family Connections Program): Family Consultants help foster therapeutic relationships with families that have been identified by the Department of Child Safety (DCS) to require support in the areas of family functioning, social support, and overall child wellbeing.
Our Consultants assist parents in managing stress and improving parenting attitudes/behaviors, while also providing family resources as needed.

Integrated Health Navigator: The Integrated Health Navigator provides coordination for one‐on‐one primary care services and behavioral-health services for clients, while also establishing relationship bonds that encourage clients to live and work in a fulfilling fashion.

The CRS High Needs Case Manager will provide ongoing case management services to clients, families and/or children with intense needs. Perform out-of-office case management services and administrative tasks in accordance with agency procedures and the Arizona Principles for working with children and families and adult clinical teams.

Family Consultants in the Nurturing Parenting Program provide home-based and community-based services in Maricopa and Pinal Counties to families referred by the Department of Child Safety (DCS). Our consultants work with these families to promote positive parenting ideas and techniques.
**Phoenix Location**
The High Needs Case Manager (HNCM) provides ongoing case management services to clients, families, and/or children with intense needs. This person will perform out-of-office case management services and administrative tasks in accordance with agency procedures and the Arizona Principles for working with children and families and adult clinical teams. The HNCM performs duties out in the community and expected to provide transportation, when necessary, to children/youth/clients and coordinate transportation services, as appropriate.
