Medical Assistant (CMA): Our West Valley Healthcare Center is seeking a capable and experienced Certified Medical Assistant to work with the site medical staff in addressing matters related to the provision of primary care & psychiatric services to JFCS clients.
Client Representative - Front Desk: The Client Representative will act as the front-desk agent for the clinic, providing clerical and intake support necessary for the effective provision of services to clients.

High Needs Case Manager: JFCS is seeking a compassionate professional to work with children receiving behavioral-health services as they progress on the path to a more self-sufficient lifestyle and potential family reunification. The High Needs Case Manager also provides guidance and ongoing support to the families/caregivers of the youth receiving services.
Family Connections Consultants: Family Consultants in the Family Connections Program help foster therapeutic relationships with families that have been identified by the Department of Child Safety (DCS) to require support in the areas of family functioning, social support, and overall child wellbeing.
Family Connections Consultants assist parents in managing stress and improving parenting attitudes/behaviors, while also providing family resources as needed.

Adult SMI Case Manager: The Adult Case Manager (ACM) provides ongoing case management services to members designated as Seriously Mentally Ill (SMI) who are receiving ongoing behavioral healthcare.

The Clinical Manager will provide onsite clinical oversight and supervision for direct services and case-management services, including intake and assessment to clients and families.
