Job Summary: The West Valley Healthcare Center in Phoenix is currently seeking a capable and experienced Clinical Manager for our Children's behavioral health program.  The Clinical Manager will provide clinical oversight and supervision for direct services and case-management services, including intake and assessment to clients and families.

- West Valley Clinic Adult SMI Case Manager: The Adult Case Manager (ACM) provides ongoing case management services to members designated as Seriously Mentally Ill (SMI) who are receiving ongoing behavioral healthcare.

**East Valley Location**   Operations Coordinator: this role manages assigned front-desk operations staff, including but not limited to hiring, scheduling, monitoring workload, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing disciplinary action.

Assistant Director of Adult SMI Case Management: this role provides ongoing administrative oversight and clinical supervision to foster a solution and strengths-based orientation to assist case management staff in effectively addressing the client and family’s ongoing service needs. Licensed Counselor - Jewish Services: This role provides direct services to clients in the Jewish Counseling Program, conducting comprehensive behavioral health intakes and diagnostic assessments, conducts treatment planning, and provides a range of qualified & recognized behavioral health treatment services as necessary to meet client’s needs.
