- High School diploma or GED; Associate Degree preferred.
- 2 years' insurance experience in a medical facility.
- 2-3 years’ experience in financial screening and enrollment for benefits in programs based on eligibility, e.g., AHCCCS/CRS/DDD/ ALTCS/TPL.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills that include the ability to maintain contacts in-person, by telephone, or through email.
- Computer proficiency is required.
- Must receive/maintain DPS fingerprint clearance.
- Bilingual in Spanish & English preferred
- Superior organizational/multi-tasking skills a must.
