The front desk Client Representative will provide clerical and intake support necessary for the effective provision of services to clients. The CR maintains an approved work schedule. Exceptional attendance is mandatory in this position as continuous front desk and phone coverage is critical to daily operations.

Intake Specialist - Customer Service Referral Center: The CSRC Intake Specialist receives calls from people seeking behavioral health and/or medical services, verifies eligibility for the services, and schedules initial intake appointments.

Professional Behavioral Health Clinician - Children: Provides clinical oversight, direct therapy, and some case management services, including intake and assessment, to clients and families.

Client Representative: The Client Representative will act as the front-desk agent for the MRZ Healthcare Center in Phoenix, providing clerical and intake support necessary for the effective provision of services to clients.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP): Responsible for providing care to child & adolescent patients via direct services and by providing clinical leadership and consultation to the multi-disciplinary treatment team.

Treatment Coordinator: this role provides ongoing case-coordination services with a solution/strengths-based orientation to assist in addressing the client and family’s ongoing service needs, including both primary care and behavioral health.

High Needs Case Manager: JFCS is seeking compassionate professionals to work with children receiving behavioral-health services as they progress on the path to a more self-sufficient lifestyle and potential family reunification. The High Needs Case Manager also provides guidance and ongoing support to the families/caregivers of the youth receiving services.
Family Connections Consultants: Family Consultants in the Family Connections Program help foster therapeutic relationships with families that have been identified by the Department of Child Safety (DCS) to require support in the areas of family functioning, social support, and overall child wellbeing.
Family Connections Consultants assist parents in managing stress and improving parenting attitudes/behaviors, while also providing family resources as needed.
