This natural leader will provide clinical oversight and supervision for a team of masters trained Clinicians and Behavioral Health Technicians delivering direct and case management services for children ages 0-17. Services include assessment, treatment planning, therapeutic intervention, crisis management, transition and discharge planning. This manager will also assist their clinical team with triaging cases, facilitation of Behavioral Health hospitalizations and discharges, and coordination with collaborating entities such at the RBHA, QCN, and CPS.
The Compliance Coordinator position will coordinate a wide range of activities within the following areas: Training & Development, Quality & Compliance, Business Intelligence and Contracts.

Jewish Family and Children’s Service HR Department is searching for a Senior Recruiter who has experience identifying talent within the field of Behavioral Health. JFCS Senior Recruiter will be responsible for Talent Acquisition for nine operational sites in the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan Area.
This position will be based out of the Administrative Office and expected to spend time in the field relationship building with entities that can produce the required behavioral talent need to fill Jewish Family and Children’s Service jobs. This position will also be technically savvy with the use of ICIMS, Social Media, Excel to document and track recruitment activities. The position will exercise discretion and make sound judgments in the recruitment, screening and selection of talent.
Provide clinical oversight, direct therapy and case management services including intake and assessment to clients and families. CFT and MFT facilitation, discharge planning and coordination with other agencies. Perform administrative tasks in accordance with agency procedures.
Under the supervision of the Claims Manager, this position will process claims and billing statements for the agency, provide all necessary follow-up on outstanding claims and statements, post all third-party payments and client payments from statements, post all claim denials and research and follow-up to resolve denied claims, research and follow-up on client questions regarding statements, update the billing system with changes to insurance information and notes regarding progress on researching and resolving denied claims, and provide all necessary financial reports for Accounting Department.
*** GLENDALE LOCATION***
Provide ongoing case management services to clients, families and/or children who are involved with the Department of Child Safety (DCS). Perform out-of-office case management services and administrative tasks in accordance with agency procedures and the Arizona Principles for working with children and families and adult clinical teams. Performs duties out in the community and expected to provide transportation, when necessary, to children/youth/clients and coordinate transportation services, as appropriate.
**MRZ Site** Under the direct supervision of the Clinical Manager, the Team Lead position will train new case management staff and serve as point person for procedural questions pertaining to the Children’s Case Management specific program in Behavioral Health. Duties include daily oversight of Case Management staff, monitoring and tracking referrals to High Needs Case Management and Non-High Needs Case Management ensuring the Child and Family Team process is initiated and completed, coordination of care with DCS and other outside stake holders, ensuring staff are documenting case management activities in the EMR/Next Gen, and helping case management/clinical staff navigate the system. The team lead will work closely with his/her direct supervisor to help the team maintain clinical best practices and integrity, while providing services to clients in a timely manner. Administrative duties of this position include unlocking visits in NextGen.
