*West Valley Clinic   High Needs Case Manager: JFCS is seeking compassionate professionals to work with children receiving behavioral-health services as they progress on the path to a more self-sufficient lifestyle and potential family reunification. The High Needs Case Manager also provides guidance and ongoing support to the families/caregivers of the youth receiving services.

Front Desk Receptionist: This position is responsible for the professional and efficient managing of visitors, customers, telephone calls and messages, as well as a variety of clerical duties that support the administrative offices of JFCS.   Exceptional attendance is mandatory in this position, as continuous front desk and phone coverage is critical to daily operations. This individual will be able to communicate effectively with persons from a variety of backgrounds & cultures and/or persons who may be experiencing distress.

- East Valley Healthcare Center Treatment Coordinator: The Treatment Coordinator provides ongoing care-coordination services to assist in addressing the client and family’s ongoing service needs, including both primary care and behavioral health.
