- High School diploma, with coursework or significant experience in computer science and/or records management preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, management, or computer science is preferred and may be considered in place of the required experience.
- Previous work experience in a position requiring significant public contact, preferably in a medical office, office organization skills, and ability to type 45 wpm.
- Prior Behavioral Health experience preferred.
- Supervisory experience.
- Computer experience with NextGen and Microsoft Office preferred.
