    **Glendale/West Valley Location**


    Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Children’s Case Management staff providing services to Children/Adolescents. CFT and MFT facilitation, discharge planning and coordination with other agencies.  Perform administrative tasks in accordance with agency procedures.

    • Provides ongoing direct care and clinical supervision to foster a solution/strengths based orientation to assist staff in effectively addressing the client and family’s ongoing needs.  Supervises and assists staff in using formal and informal resources for the client including client transition, discharge and aftercare plans of behavioral health services and demonstrates a positive, strengths based attitude of teamwork and shared leadership.
    • Provides services and supervises the duties of Case Managers developing programs directed at expanding the continuum of services in collaboration with clinical team members.  Acquaints the agency with community trends and identifies gaps in specific services as indicated by client's needs. Prepares required reports, inclusive of Incident Reports, Department of Child Safety referrals, QI/QM activities, Performance Audits, compilation of meeting minutes.

    • Provides clinical collaboration to coordinate
      services with other involved agencies, such as Department of Child Safety, Probation and Parole Departments, Division of Developmental Disabilities, Arizona Long Term Care, schools and other providers.  Participates in assigned JFCS and job related
      committees (BH Matrix; Training; Substance Abuse; Utilization Management; Safety, MIS/Nextgen Computer, and Risk Management).
    • Works effectively within the Arizona Recovery Model as outlined by the 12 principles including: Accessible services, Best
      practices, Collaboration with families, Collaboration with others, Connection to natural supports, Functional outcomes, Independence, Most appropriate setting, Respect for the child and/or family's unique cultural heritage,
      Services tailored to the family, Stability, and Timeliness.
    • Works with the treatment and management teams in implementing agency policies and procedures, acquaints the agency with
      community trends, identifies gaps in services and works with special projects and committees to better meet the client’s needs. Uses the consultation and collaborative team processes in providing coordination of care for clients and to help improve operational processes in the site/agency.


    PhD and/or Master's Degree from an accredited school in the field of social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy,
    psychology, or related behavioral health field.


    • Master’s level Licensed required.  Master’s Independent license preferred.
    • 3 years’ work experience in behavioral health field post Master’s.
    • Must be eligible to be Credentialed & Privileged at a BHP level.

    Management experience highly preferred.
