    Jewish Family and Children’s Service is a non-profit, non-sectarian 501(c) (3) organization dedicated to strengthening the community through quality behavioral health social services, and primary medical care to children, families and adults. We provide quality services to people of all faiths that helps strengthen families, resolve conflicts and cope with everyday living.


    • Critical Tasks

      • Assists with Recruiting, Onboarding and Data Management activities for New Hires
      • Screens resumes/applications using ICIMS software and forwards to Hiring Managers
      • Posts New Positions and Job Ads using a variety of Job Boards, Association and Trade Organizations job boards and other digital recruiting platforms
      • Processes and monitors Finger Print Clearances, Background Checks, MVR and other Applicant Records
      • Maintains a variety of human resources data in ADP, ICIMS and Navision
      • Monitors Expiration Notices triggered in ADP
      • Runs and manages ADP and ICIMS Reports
      • Creates Excel Spreadsheets to reflect Attrition, Retention and Turnover
      • Establishes contacts with colleges, universities, and associations to provide support for the Sr. Recruiter
      • Performs other related human capital management activities as requested




      Key Performance Indicators

      • Maintains new hire data and is able to perform reporting functions using new hire data
      • Sustains user friendly relationships with hiring managers and applicants while screening applicant data for minimum qualifications
      • Keep Hiring Managers apprised of the status of applicants and Job Postings
      • Ensures applicants meet hiring and position requirements prior to Onboarding
      • Ensures appropriate Onboarding and Hiring documentation is completed prior to a New hire starting employment
      • Manages the employment processes and procedures in place and works as part of team
      • Communicates clearly, concisely both orally and in writing



    • Qualifications

      • Associate Degree and or High School Diploma with an equivalent amount of experience and Training
      • Software application skills preferably in ADP, ICIMS and/or equivalent software programs
      • Positive communications skills coupled with a “can do job perspective”
      • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills as demonstrated in previous job tasks
