We have expanded our Glendale facility and we are currently searching for unique professional who will become the Clinical Director for JFCS Behavioral and Integrated Health. This position vacancy was created through a retirement. Position responsibilities center on the oversight for the facility, clinicians and practitioners in behavioral health and integrated care. Keys to success involve demonstrated experience in managing a similarly situated clinic or facility, the ability to provide oversight to teams in both service delivery areas, a cognizance of client transition, discharge and aftercare and the ability to meet statutory and contractual agreement parameters. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator, problem resolver, and a creator of workflow efficiency. This leadership position demands an adept who understands the value of collaboration, listening and of program and activity implementation on a grand scale.
