Jewish Family and Children’s Service HR Department is searching for a Senior Recruiter who has experience identifying talent within the field of Behavioral Health. JFCS Senior Recruiter will be responsible for Talent Acquisition for nine operational sites in the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan Area.
This position will be based out of the Administrative Office and expected to spend time in the field relationship building with entities that can produce the required behavioral talent need to fill Jewish Family and Children’s Service jobs. This position will also be technically savvy with the use of ICIMS, Social Media, Excel to document and track recruitment activities. The position will exercise discretion and make sound judgments in the recruitment, screening and selection of talent.
This position will conduct the following the following activities:
Bachelor degree preferred and an equivalent amount of experience in recruitment in behavioral health may substitute for formal education. Excellent verbal and written communications skills, experience with salary administration, employment law and health care legislation are required. A sound sense of business principals, practices and the ability to demonstrate a professional business presence with multivariate audiences are required skill sets for this position.
