Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Children’s Case Management staff providing services to Children/Adolescents. CFT and MFT facilitation, discharge planning and coordination with other agencies. Perform administrative tasks in accordance with agency procedures.
Provides services and supervises the duties of Case Managers developing programs directed at expanding the continuum of services in collaboration with clinical team members. Acquaints the agency with community trends and identifies gaps in specific services as indicated by client's needs. Prepares required reports, inclusive of Incident Reports, Department of Child Safety referrals, QI/QM activities, Performance Audits, compilation of meeting minutes.
PhD and/or Master's Degree from an accredited school in the field of social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy,
psychology, or related behavioral health field.
Management experience highly preferred.
