Under the direct supervision of the Clinical Manager/Co-Director/Director, the Team Lead position will train new staff, and serve as point person for procedural questions pertaining to a specific program in Behavioral Health. Duties include, but are not limited to, trouble shooting NextGen and helping clinical staff navigate the system, addressing questions about Single Case Agreements, Additional Services Requests, High Needs Case Managers, Flex funds requests etc. The team lead will work closely with his/her direct supervisor to help the team maintain clinical best practices and integrity, while providing services to clients in a timely manner. Administrative duties of this position include unlocking visits in NextGen. The team lead will continue to function in their role as therapist and will maintain a case load to provide individual, family, or group therapy as clinically indicated.
