The CCHT Clinical Manager will report directly to the Co-Director/Director, the Clinical Manager position will train new staff and serve as point person for procedural questions pertaining to a specific program in Behavioral Health.  Duties include, but are not limited to, trouble shooting NextGen and helping clinical staff navigate the system,  addressing questions about Single Case Agreements, Additional Services Requests, High Needs Case Managers, Flex funds requests etc.  The Clinical Manager will work closely with his/her direct supervisor to help the team maintain clinical best practices and integrity, while providing services to clients in a timely manner.  Administrative duties of this position include unlocking visits in NextGen.  The Clinical Manager will continue to function in their role as therapist and will maintain a case load to provide individual, family, or group therapy as clinically indicated.





  • Provides individual, family or group therapy for JFCS Behavioral Health Services as clinically indicated.
  • Under the direct supervision of the Clinical Manager, Co-Director or Director, trains new staff and serves as point person for procedural questions related to a specific program and provide support to clinical staff.
  • Troubleshoots and unlocks visits in Next Gen.
  • Collaborates with and maintains relationships with sister Behavioral Health Agencies, to ensure clinically appropriate and timely service provision.
  • Documents progress on assigned cases and assists  Co-Director or Director with assessing the support needs of clinical staff.


  • Master’s Degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
  • 2 to 4 years’ experience as a direct service provider in a Behavioral Health setting.

  • Independent License required.

  • Will provide support to peer Clinician, Youth and Family Specialist, Co-location Clinical Liaison and Treatment Coordinator.
