Overview

Under the direct supervision of an Operations Coordinator and Operations Manager, a Client Representative I will provide telephonic support necessary for the effective provision of services to clients. Employee maintains an approved work schedule

Responsibilities

  • Answers and coordinates all incoming calls and client traffic in the office to ensure that calls and clients are taken care of in an effective manner, including scheduling, rescheduling or verifying client appointments and informing appropriate persons; greeting clients coming into the office, and checking in clients in provider schedules. Schedules transportation and translation for clients upon request of clinicians and appropriate documentation in treatment plan.
  • Performs other related job tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

 

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

 

  • Previous work experience in a position requiring significant public contact, preferably in a medical office.
  • Ability to use a computer with ability to type 45 wpm.
  • Office organization skills required.
  • College business and/or computer courses desirable.
  • Exceptional attendance is mandatory in this position as continuous phone coverage is critical to daily operations.

A positive demeanor, pleasant voice, and critical thinking skills preferred.

 

Bilingual Preferred.
